The Association for Welfare of the Handicapped  [AWH] has taken up the formidable task of providing  free education, shelter, food, clothing, books, teaching aids etc to a very large`  number of children with disabilities, such as hearing impaired, visually impaired,  mentally retarded, loco-motor handicapped,cerebral palsied, leprosy affected,  children with autism, multiple disabilities etc.
We have also undertaken to give specific medical attention, medicines etc. required  for the handicapped children. The number of handicapped persons who are now under our care are: -  Hearing Impaired  2800  Visually Handicapped    210  Mentally Handicapped  1700  Physically Handicapped  1420  Deaf Blind     47  Total  6177 Our patrons and well- wishers are aware that this effort requires huge financial resources. Any support from you is welcome and please bear in mind that any help and assistance you extend  shall be for a divine cause and you will be rewarded by the Almighty.
